Calisthenics is a style of training that uses your own body weight to build strength, mobility, and control.
Our 60 minute classes are more than “just a workout”, you’ll be taught how to master your own bodyweight, no machines required. Whether you’re interested in learning to do a push up/ muscle up/ human flag/ handstand/ squat, these classes are where you can take your fitness to the next level.
