Whether you’re brand new to exercise, recovering from an injury, or working towards advanced skills such as muscle-ups, we have you covered. Our personalised coaching is tailored to your individual goals, with a timeframe that fits your lifestyle and progression. We combine expert physiotherapy knowledge with structured training to help you build strength, move with confidence, and achieve sustainable results at every stage of your journey.
Types of clients on our caseload at the moment:
– Jane – 67 years old – her goal is to be able to do several hours of gardening without back pain
– Charley – 33 years old – her goal is to be able to do a pull up without a band in the next 3 months
– Ed – 73 old – his goal is to get up from lying without assistance
– Amy – 18 old – her goal is to return to running marathons after an ankle fracture 2 months ago
Cost – £60 per month (£15 per week, £3 per workout)
+£20 for weekly check-ins

Each programme combines expert instruction, progressive exercises, and clear technique coaching to ensure you train effectively and safely, helping you make consistent progress and unlock skills you may not have thought possible.
